Help Please: Jura impressa x9 problems

How's it going all, First post. was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on a Jura impressa x9. we had one donated to us a while ago and was working fine. seems now it will not suck up any milk from the tubes. the machine is cleaned regularly, I have descaled it and run a cleaning tab through it. removed all parts of the spouts cleaned with a brush and soaked in water, same with the tubes. but it still seems it will not bring in as much milk or cleaning solution in through the tubes. does anyone know of a fix for this. is there a replay maybe or a motor for suction through the tubes ?
