    Converting a machine from "Pour Over" to "Plu

    You can convert most of the pour over espresso machines to plumbed in by installing a mini float valve on the cover over the water reservoir.
    Kerick Valves make these and they are about six bucks apiece.

    Then just pipe it under the sink
    It works great on the Giotto
