I have my answer for brew machine now on to the heartbeat of the coffe shop. Looking for a 3-4 head espresso machine. Seems to me tha La Marzocco or Nuova Simonelli have the best automatics. Need some feedback.

if you are going for 4 group heads why not two 2 groups? I went with 2 two groups at the casino I used to roast for..it was nice put a wee bit of space between them and was able to have more people work on them at one time. Just a thought

That is a very good point. It will be more expensive, but you will have many more options and you will be more productive during peek times. When it slows down just turn one off. Now just concider this... When "heaven forbid" you have a break down or major servicing, you still will have a 2 group working and money still finds it way in your reg :wink:
