    Krups KM7000 am I the only one with issues?

    This thing throws grounds all over the counter and the carafe is the worst 'pouring' one I've encountered.

    I'd think that with the price of this machine it would have been more properly designed.

    Am I the only one with these issues?

    Krups says to call the customer service department. sigh.
