Any opinions on whether the added 11 increments of adjustments is really necessary? Is it worth the extra $100 (CAD)? If you're drinking only filtered drip coffee.

Update: Ended up with the non-Preciso. Being a new coffee enthusiast. And that I'm only drinking filtered drip.

That was a good choice,

The preciso and "micro" settings make it much easier to fine tune your espresso... for Drip coffee, the Virtuoso was a good choice IMO! :)

Plus, if there ever is a plan to go espresso, it would be best to choose a grinder and machine combo at that time, that compliments their capability (pairing), rather than settle for a 'weak link'. Another Baratza, the Vario, gets great reviews by those doing a dual-purpose use. :)
