I will soon (a relative term) be getting a Vibiemme Double Domobar (Dual boiler, PID-controlled, rotary pump). While it can run off its internal reservoir, I have decided to plumb it. Randy... good idea, posting and sharing "how to" information. When I first got my HX machine, the Expobar, my first thought was how to "semi-auto" the water issue. For those that have graduated from reservoir machines to plumbed, I think we all share that immediate sense of "high appreciation" after we open the water valves for the first time, and hear our plumbed machines auto-filling their boilers.
