Saeco Odea Go strange thing?

Dear all,
I have at work a Saeco Xsmall and it makes great espresso even if I load not so good coffee....
I love Saeco and I have got from ebay Saeco Odea Go 1 week old, like new looking and wotking great! but....
I think the brewing part is the same in these 2 models but my Odea at home makes more light (not so thik and strong) and a lot less creamer then the Xsmall eve I'm putting great coffee like Lavazza, Vergnano etc...

What am I missing here? should Odea be better model (or at least the same)?

Could be difference in grind setting, dose of grounds, water/coffee ratio setting, etc.

The machine is set at finest grinding....
