Professional Barista
I'm certainly no professional barista, but I do appreciate my espressos, cappuccinos, also as other coffee beverages.

Difference between a PRO and AMATEUR is the pro gets paid, nothing more. I've seen many "pro" baristi lack the skill and passion that some "in-tune" home baristi have. Same with fishing, racing, etc... Being pro usually means you have the time and financial means to do what you like to do, doesn't necessarily make you better at it.
I'm a legend among my own kind... you my friend are just a legend in your own mind. Later!

There's a great Skillshare class being put on by PRO baristas this weekend about making espressos. I'm thinking of giving it a shot to learn from the "pros." skillshare.com/Learn-How-to-Make-Espresso-with-Coffee-Common-at-A-Startup-Store/737687422/1176038419

Pro or not pro; Passion is the key.

I agree. Those who love what they are doing are the real "pros."
