ecam 23.450 new machine - no hot water ?

Hi,

I've just purchased a Delonghi Ecam 23.450 and installed as in the instructions.
At the startup, it didn't produce any hot water.

Before calling for service, I wanted to ask if this is a known problem. Maybe there's just a small point that I'm missing.
