Giesen W1 for sale

This is now sold.
For sale is my lovely red Giesen W1. It can roast between 200g and 1.5 kilos. I find is happiest around the 1.2 kilo and anywhere between 800g to 1.5 kilos. It is an extremely well-made and reliable roaster with good level of convection heat and powerful burners and coolers.
It is perfect for a small shop / roastery or for a beginner roaster.
It does have the giesen profiling system on it but I have never used it as I have tried to learn through manual roasting

Hi Lottie,

It sounds like you are sorry to have to part with your reliable roaster. I guess it has become a good friend to you over the years. Did you give it him (or her) a name?

Please post a message here when your roaster is sold. That way, people will stop asking about it and we can close this thread.

I hope your new, bigger roaster quickly becomes a good, reliable friend, too.
