Hello Everyone!
Im working on my dream project to open a small coffee roaster in the Okanagan. I have owned a cafe so I have an espresso machine and grinder. I want to sell online, have a tasting bar and go to farmer's markets. I need some advice on the basic machines needed to get started. I want to get a good quality roaster- I am think Probat? Any suggestion or advice. Thanks very much for your time! :)

As you are in BC, I would find out what others in the region are using as far as access for any necessary parts or troubleshooting.
If you are good with doing your own troubleshooting and repairs if necessary, then US Roaster Corp is a solid suggestion. But as far as import fees and that go, you might want to see what distributors are in your area, and then evaluate cost/value from that perspective.
