For my cold brew that will be served at a bar through a nitro line, i have had problems getting the keg to nitrogen ate. i have hooked up the lines and am running full pressure into the keg, but after 4 days i still have pretty much no nitro in the keg.

Anyone else have a problem with this? it is in a Walkin cooler and everything should be progressing.

I saw a nitro stone thing on a website which dangles a air stone of sorts into the keg and leaks nitro into the keg. has anyone tried this?

Thanks,

What pressure are you using and what is the length of your lines?

You will need to shake your kegs in order for the Nitrogen to penetrate the coffee unless you get a stone. I would highly suggest a carbonation stone, it will nitrogenate your kegs within a few hours (at 40 psi).

Second what musicphan said. We also roll them back and forth, and also shake them.
