Breakfast food items?

Hi - I would like to learn more about how you coffee shops purchase their breakfast or food items. Do you have a local distributor that works directly with coffee shops? Do you prepare your own food or keep any frozen?

A little about us - we are a Denver company that produces gourmet burritos and we currently sell to local coffee shops and also have distribution in San Francisco and Chicago. We like the niche and our product does great in coffee shops.
