    What size roaster / operation are you looking to run? I would avoid the shared kitchen situation... too many issues IMO.

    Charlie - how are you washing all the damn cupping glasses?

    Hey Charlie!

    5K roaster and cupping is a can-o-worms I am not bringing into the discussion. I have a food grade bucket to pour in my beans, a container for roasted, a scoop for green and scoop for bagging roasted. And after talking to the property owner yesterday, we will not confuse issues with other kitchens.

    I scoop, I roast, I scoop again, I wash these things, I go sell. Rinse, repeat.
