Does anyone know of Cameron's coffee?

it was just announced that Nutresa (Colombia food giant) just bought Minnesota based Cameron's coffee at $113 million dollars.
I am in Los Angeles, and I have never seen this brand of coffee, but apparently it is a hugely popular coffee brand?
does anyone know about this brand of coffee?

mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... strange. there got to be some sort of reason to pay $113 million dollars for a low price grocery brand of coffee....
PS: maybe, since the Colombian company bought the brand,.... maybe they want to transport "coke" into Cameron's coffee bags? ha ha ha

Colombia sells alot of low price grocery brand coffee here too. Maybe they are buying market share and a brand so that they can roast and ship direct in order to increase their margins. I got alot of that when in Colombia.

I checked... the big grocery chain in our market sells it retail at $5.99/12oz. Lots of flavored coffees. They probably entered maybe 3-4 years ago... they have a lot of shelf space.

that is really cheap! since I have never tried their coffee, I can not say "good or bad" however, brands that spit up so many flavored coffees aren't good, from my experience.
