Help Please: Casadio undici single group head - heating issue

Hi guys,

So I recently received this casadio undisi machine because it wasn't heating properly

I got it installed with poor water pressure temporarily and let it run for about an hour.

Through the hour the thermostst breaker popped numerous times, and only heated the water up to 140 degrees.

The system only let water flow from the group head, and no water would flow through the steam wand or water tap.

Everything in the machine looks brand new, so I wanted to post here, hoping someone had similar issues with their machine and could lend me some advice on what to do next in an attempt to repair the machine.

Tomorrow I intend to fix the water flow system as I'm wondering if the lack of consistent pressure could of had anything to do with it, but any advice is really appreciated.
