Hehehe...I don't think anyone would mind an extra 5k. You should post what you are looking for and a copy of your BP. I am sure with all of us on the case someone will be able to find you an investor!

Sba should be the place to start, if you have all of your duckets lined up, the presentation established to a steller level and your credit is good I don't see why you have to have an outside party involved. Keep in mind, an investor is going to stipulate how you run your operation and for the most part, your vision will not remain in tact as you have in mind because of that. Also, a private investor is going to want to see a history and track record, this means if you are able to do something small related to it and make it succeede, you can use it as a model or at least a partial sales projection to base it upon.
