Resources for learning about making espresso?

Hello everyone.
In the process of purchasing a already existing drive thru espresso stand and I was wondering what you would recomend for resources. I was thinking about taking the 5 day course from belllissimo but I was wondering about the best informative books or dvds. Any help in this direction would be greatly appreciated.

Are you planning on being a active owner? How much does the current owner work in the stand?
I would make sure you understand the business inside and out. Mastering coffee will take time and hands on experience.
If you can spend a week shadowing current employees / owner in the espresso stand prior to attending the training, you will get a lot more out of the class.

If you are a visual learner, search youtube for tutorial videos. Keep in mind not everything on youtube is the fact.

I have purchased a handful of books (coffee shop business) and dvds (for latte art) and so far they have been mediocre.
