Mounting equipment in coffee truck

Hey everyone

Can anyone offer some advice on how to securely fasten coffee equipment inside a mobile trailer?

We have an espresso machine that sits on a refrigerator, two espresso grinders and one coffee grinder, a brewer, and two blenders.

We're leaning towards industrial velcro on the bottom of the equipment, and hooks behind each machine that will let us run straps through to secure equipment against the back wall of the trailer.

Any ideas, tips and experiences would be appreciated.
