First off I wanted to say hello as this is my first post on this forum.
I have a hot dog stand in Charleston S.C., and I wanted to add cold brewed iced coffe to my menu. I purchased two 22qt food grade buckets. I plan on brewing in one bucket then filtering it into the next bucket. I picked up a filter holder that goes across the mouth of the bucket. It's meant to hold a cone shaped oil filter but I thought it would hold a coffee filter well. The only filters the shop did have was oil filters, those were so thick they'd take the coffe out of my coffee. The largest filter I could find was a 12 cup filter and that was way too small. The diameter of the filter holder is 10". Ideally I'd like to find a reusable filter, but for know I'll take anything as the weather is hot and the cold brew iced coffee sells very well.
