I want to apologize to anyone who received my training guide and found it to be...how do I put this..incorrect..and in some parts just gibberish. Seems sometime in the last year or maybe even in the past 4 years someone had changed my guide. I am not sure who or when they did this. I haven't looked at this since probably a year after I wrote it and was sending it out blind(assumed it was how I initially wrote it) But I guess someone thought it would be cute to modify it. I realized it because I wanted to use it for training my new staff and sigh...I have to redo pretty much everything. Lesson learned...never leave your computer opened even with people you think you can trust. Once I redo it I will offer it up again.
