In need of a roaster for a small coffee shop...Any good ones
I want to learn the art of roasting, but am not certain how to begin. First I am in need of a soild machine that will last me a very long time, and I need one that is reliable and easy to work.

I roast on an ambex...use it everyday for over 12 hours of constant roasting....have used Probat and Diedrich...all great roasters...Drum roasters that is.
