Looking for a Roastery POS system. Any suggestions?

Hello.

My family is planning to invest in a coffee farm in Kona and visited many farms. We are now looking for a POS style system to help manage day to day operations all the way to roast schedule, order fulfillment and shipping.

Here is the other thread I started on the subject. POS solutions? Coffee Farm/ Roastery.

If nothing turns up in the next year, we may begin development on our own. Anyone else interested?
