    Trying to learn...

Hello all, I have been in the customer service field in one form or another for about 20 years. I am making new career decisions in the near future (a year or so) and very much considering the coffee industry. I love my coffee but never really considered making a living at it, only kidded about quitting my day job and starting a little coffee shop. I am especially looking for something that if I were to move across the states, could start up very quickly upon arriving. What hit me as a great possibility is a coffee cart. I got my inspiration from one we have here at a local hospital that does very well. I would like to begin learning the basics of make specialty coffee but could use some help on good sources. Any good recomendations for an ebook especially, would be terrific, they are much cheaper. Thanks for the help!
