"Best Speciality Coffee in the World"

We are an Export company based in Lima, Peru.
We export Products such as Maca, Quinoa, Tapa as well as having warehouses where we collect sheepskins and Wool for the Textile market.

We have just signed an exclusivity Contract with the winner of "Best Speciality Coffee in the World" 2012 to export his high quality green bean.
His sample was selected from over 140 from 25 countries beating Colombia, Guatemla and Kenya.

The Coffee is from a small holder Coffee farmer from the Sandia Valley in Puno area of Peru, he holds the Organic Certificate of Rainforest Alliance.
The problem with Peru is the logistics and having all the necessary licences for Export which is why it is difficult for small farmers to export.

Can anyone give me any advice as to the best place to find buyers for this Coffee, obviously we want to sell in container load and not in a small quantity, it seems a complicated market?
Having searched through many posts on this forum it seems a lot of people have a vast amount of experience in this market and may be able to offer me some ideas.

    Many Thanks in advance.
