    Optimum RPM

    is there an optimum speed a drum should be turning? does it affect the quality of the roast? thanks all

    Drum rotation speed does affect as well as blower speed. Each roaster has an optimum speed that it is/should be calibrated for and then any additional experimentation is up to you.
