Hello all!

I'm interested in buying a roaster, but I can't tell what brand it is based on the photos sent to me by the seller. They bought it some time ago from another roasting company who said it was custom built on a Probat frame. Not sure exactly what that means in terms of replacement parts, reliability, etc. I'm hoping you guys can chime in with some insight. The frame does indeed resemble a Probat, but the drum doesn't at all.

I know there are many custom built roasters by many different welding shops. They normally get their parts from old machine and they make few parts to resemble some of the good roasters.... if you get into this type of roaster, you better have good knowledge on roasters or have good machine shop near by you can run to.... The roaster looks pretty but looks can be very deceiving. You should see it in action and decide.....
