Flavoring roasted beans

We have a Diedrich IR 2.5 and we have just started roasting. We want to flavor beans for 1) "jamaican me crazy" and 2) flavor another with whiskey. Any suggestions on how to do that ?

I do a lot of flavored coffees, go to the Flavor Dynamics website for a list of their flavors. The flavors are a 3% ratio flavor to beans by weight.
