am not sure what to buy??

Hey guys,
Am a roaster from jerusalem my family works with coffee business since 1920 but we used to work with german and italian roasters. After my visit to izmir i was convinced by the turkish coffee roasters i was at Toper company amd i bought one of thier small cafemino roasters. Now i want to buy a bigger new roaster 120 kilos but i didnt decide which roaster i should buy.
So guys what do you think...
To go on Toper or Ozturk?
Ill be happy to know why you think so also?

Hey Mahmoud..welcome to the forums! Just out of curiosity why do you want to go with a 120 kilo? I had a 120 kilo Toper a while back and found that you do not have as much control as I do with a smaller roaster. I have a 60 kilo now and when I out grow it I will put another 60 kilo right next to it. I personally like the Ambex because I know them inside and out.
