Probat "L" vs "P" vs "G"

Does anyone know what the difference is between the a probat "L", "G" and "P". For example, I've seen L12 and P12 but what's difference.

I inquired about a new probat last year and the only series they sent was the probatino and the P12 and P25. I am guessing just an updated version of the L series. Best advice would be to contact probat direct
