Need some help identifying this roaster

Hey everyone,

I found this roaster near where I live, and I know very little about it. I was told it is a 12 kilo, and I know it is belt driven. Anyone have or know of what brand and model this is? My goal is to fully restore this and make it sparkle! Any help would be amazing!

I would try to get a pic of the other side. Control panel, maybe name or i.d. plate. Could have been made out of country, like Latin or South America.
Might even be a home built commercial roaster. I say this because of the piping from the chute. It is perplexing also because there is stainless steel.
Which would lead me to believe it would be mass munufactured.
