Connect my roaster to Artisan

I have a Golden Roaster GR 1 Plus, which I'm trying to connect to Artisan, but I can't figure it out. It's EMKO TCR Thermocouples, and EMKO ESM 3710-N temp controller. Does anyone have experience with these, or can tell me how to do it? My laptop runs Windows 7 and I'm using a USB rs232 to serial to connect it. I really appreciate if anyone can help me out.

Artisan Connection

Hi,

Did you ever manage to connect your EMKO 3710-N to Artisan? I'm also having trouble with this. I have a RS 485 module in it, and then a cheap USB convertor (could be the problem here) but I can't get it to work on Artisan. Could be the wrong settings I have for MODBUS, or any number of things I guess!

How did you solve your problem?
