Need few lessons on Ambex

Hello All, I am looking for an experience roaster to give me a few good lessons to roast on Ambex YM10. Will compensate. Long Island NY area will be the most convenient, but will go to NJ, CT, MA. I hope, I will connect on it! Cheers!

I roast with an Ambex YM10 everyday, topher has way more experience than me but if I can help just let me know I'm in coastal NC.
