PLC on Vittoria?

Has anyone added a PLC to a vintage coffee machine such as Vittoria?

I don't know of such but there are guys automating their old probats. The principals would be the same - modulating gas valve, VFD on fan motor, electric or air activated cylinder to open the chutes and then a control panel to run it.

Not that I know of. There is a company in Victoria, BC (forget the name) that does the conversion.
