Join Joe Marcocco, Cafe Imports and Tony Querio, Spyhouse Coffee as they discuss the use of airflow followed by Cupping 101. Learn the basics of airflow during roasting. Then, coffee cupping and evaluation approaches. Hone those cupping/evaluation skills with us!

We will be roasting our September "Coffee of the Month," a superb Kenyan from the Gichugu region. The evaluation/cupping notes mention a complex, approachable Kenyan. Wonderful cinnamon and clove that reminded us of fresh apple butter. We gave it an 88.0. Live streamed roasting of the Kenyan will be on on Wednesday, September 30, 3pm CST.
