Hey Roasting Guy tell us a little about you?

I just checked this guy out and he is VERY SMART!
I would let him work on my machines any day!
Realy I do not know who he is But I would not want to debate him
on about what is going on in the roaster.

Come on roasting guy tell us a little more about you! All of us roasters probably know as much as you do about roasting and we all have our own roast profiles worked up, at least I do.

If you can post some tips that we could use PLEASE do so we can try them to see if you know your beans!
    Enjoy Your Coffee!

Hey Roasting guy, where are you located and what roasting machine brands are you familiar with? Would you say you are up to speed with working on and wiring the electrics, motors,VFDv’s,motor starters, circuit breakers, burners etc?

This is an old topic that was started in 2005. Roasting Guy hasn't visited the Coffee Forum since 2005.
