Probatone 5k

Hi

Im thinking of buying a Probatone 5k new from the factory and it is fitted with a Pilot Roaster. Can anyone tell me anything about this system. Ive beent o look at one and it doesn't have a drum air temperature reading which I think is a little strange. I can't work out if it is accounting for druma nd air temperature in one.
Also does anyone have a review of their experience of the probat 5k?
My other option is the Joper. Which is actually more expensive

As 'standard' there is only one thermocouple fixed within the drum area of the 2016 P/02 Probat 5/12/25, fixed at quarter past the hour, this works with Pilot Roaster and will give you a roasting curve, however if you want the new Probat to work with Cropster and show ROR then the machine will need modification by your installer. Pilot Roaster can be a retrofit and I agree It's disappointing that Probat haven't got Pilot Roaster working with BT and AT and a ROR on screen calculation. I cannot comment on Joper.
