Space needed for micro roasting operation in Chicago

I have to move from my current location on the NW side of Chicago, where i use about 500 sq ft of space. Looking for a similar space to move the operation in Chicago or burbs near the NW side of city. I would consider co locating with an existing business if it is suitable. Any ideas or leads would be great. Tight budget so I can't pay for high rent. Any info is appreciated!:coffeemug::coffeemug::coffeemug:
