Oily film in grinder

Recently one of my clients told me that her grinder was collecting an oily film which was making beans stick. She said it only happened with my beans but I have asked other clients and she is the only one with this issue, anyone got any thoughts? She is using a Dualit burr grinder

Are you roaating really dark? If the beans are dark with some oil spots it will let some oily residue in the hopper and burrs. She can remove it with some Grindz or minute rice.

Seb is right so I will second what he says, Grindstone (I have never tried) sure it works fine I use Minute Rice with good results.
