This goes to professional Coffee Roasters in Europe. I am interested in roasting coffee and would like to get the opportunity to look a pro over the shoulder for a bit. I am living in Portugal - so I am looking for anything in Europe.
Is there anyone out there who is willing to take me on for a bit?
