Hey,

I'm having a lot of confusion this morning and am not sure why I wasn't thinking to ask this before, but it wasn't until I started logging my back logs into software that some of the numbers just didn't make any sense to me.

Part of it could because of a bad roast, but now I'm wondering if anyone with a Probat 1kg roaster could let me know this profoundly dumb question.

On the control panel, the temperature read out; is that bean temperature or drum temperature?

This could explain some of the issues I'm having or I've just got the case of the stupids this morning.
