YM-5 and/or YM-10 motor specifications

It's happening... we are slowly outgrowing our YM-2. I wrote a custom control system for it, and it is now time to get ahead of any upgrades and rewrite code and build hardware.

Can anyone share motor specifications on the YM-5/10? HP, RPM, Voltage?

I understand that there are 4 motors, with separate blowers for the roaster and the cooler. On the YM-5/10 do the stirrer motor and cooler motor come on and off together?
