Need Technical Help with an Giesen W6A Roaster

Hi, I have been having this issue on my Giesen W6A roaster, and I have no idea what was the cause of the problem.

The supply of gas is usual, but the burner panel does not seem to respond to the change I register on the control panel.

Appreciate if anyone could help.

Hi Mate, look on your air filter in burner and venturi valve. Looks that need just to clean all burner component by compressed air.

check the manual gas valve on the side of the machine which can bypasses the automation.
