2015 Diedrich IR-12 Coffee Roaster.
This roaster was used for four (4) years in a small roastery in Yonkers, NY. Due to a change in our business model, we no longer need it.
The roaster is in excellent condition; it was bought new and has always been well maintained. It has never had any fires or operational issues.
With a focus on specialty products, the coffees roasted in this machine were always quality oriented with medium to light roast degree, so oil buildup is not an issue on this machine inside or out.
It is a fully manual machine outfitted with a factory installed thermocouple that reports on four temperatures: bean, drum, exhaust and ambient. This is required for any data logging software, and is immensely helpful to keep consistent roast profiles.
There is also 15 feet of exhaust stack available if needed.
