I haven't roasted with that particular roaster, I did roast on a 3K USRC one time (and have an electric sample roaster). For smaller quantities, your probably OK - but understand that electric doesn't have near the response time of gas. So when you need to make a quick change it doesn't happen very well on an electric roaster. If you are going to expand into wholesale where a larger roaster is required I would recommend finding a diff location and simply going gas.

My 5kg roaster is 75,000 BTUs. To convert BTU hours to watts, you divide by 3.41. That's about 22,000 watts! Divided by 220V and you need 100 amps of continuous available current to run a 5kg roaster at capacity on electricity.
