My New US Roaster arrived today!!

Having only waited a short time, My USR 3KG Millenium arrived safely today thanks to FedEx's safe handling. The shipping crew at USR did a great job with the crate and securing the roaster, With all the sheet rock screws used to assemble the crate I won't need to buy any for awhile!!

Hopefully , as planned, the installation will start in the morning.

The craftsmanship on this roaster is excellent!! I need to send a thank you to the roaster from Canada who emailed me about talking to Dan at USR.
Best check I have ever written!!

    Need batteries for my camera!!

That Guat should be tasty enough. I was roasting that a while back and really enjoyed the point right between first and second crack.....around 410 to 420 f finish time.
