Pipe cleaning equipment

I do not have a problem with anyone making a profit on their labor but the guy who comes by to clean out my exhaust ( all 22' of it ) just doubled his rate! Business is slow so I guess he needs to make up the difference some how.

I want to purchase my own equipment so that I can clean from the bottom up. Viewed a lot of snakes and brushes on the web but figured I would stop here and ask for the experienced opinions.
