Toper roaster cleaning question

I have a 2k Toper roaster and I am trying to clean the mixer/cooler hopper. I want to take the cooling tray bottom out to clean it since several of the small holls are plugged. Does anyone know how to get the piece that holds the mixing arms off of the motor spindle?

Don't know that.. But there is a tool for that. It looks like a paint roller but has a stiff bristled brush that you roll around and it clears the holes.
