Was told my coffee was weak tasting
I was recently told that my high elevation Honduran coffee was weak and plain.Here is the roasting profile keeping in mind that the temps are ambient and not bean tempCharge barrel to 420 Dump beans1.5 minutes temp at 300Give it gas8 minutes first crack at 440-45012 minutes second crack 450Any help would be appreciated
