Help!

We're getting ready to order storage containers for coffee coming out of the roaster as well as for blending beans. The cambro products on the linked page are all NSF and FDA approved, while the lower priced Continental products aren't.

From my calculations, it looks like we can store about 60 lbs of roasted beans in the 20 gallon containers. (@ 3 lbs/gallon?) Anyway, I'm thinking the 21 gallon cambros on wheels with the slanted lids may be the way to go. However, the 27 gallon units are only $4 more.

As far as making blends goes, the supplier in question has 200 cup units w/o wheels that we're considering. (200 cups x 8 oz = 1600 oz or 12.5 gallons.) That should translate to a capacity of about 36 lbs. of blended beans in each container?

Too big? Too small? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
